On defective items
Return Policy
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- • Personalized or customized products
- • Intimate or sanitary goods
- • Perishable items
- • Digital downloads or gift cards
- • Items marked as "Final Sale"
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email us at support@mail.worthoffer.com with your order number and reason for return.
Get Return Authorization
We'll review your request and send you return instructions with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in original packaging and ship to the address provided. Include the RMA number on the package.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Store Credit: Available immediately upon approval
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Want to exchange an item for a different size or color? The fastest way is to:
- Return your original item for a refund (following the process above)
- Place a new order for the item you want
This ensures you get the new item as quickly as possible while your return is being processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- • Your order number
- • Photos of the damage/defect
- • Photos of the packaging
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
